About sys files faq:

How do I install the sys file?
Use an Unzip-application to select the sys file and extract it to your system directory. By default, this is C:\WINNT\System32\drivers (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32\drivers (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7). You may also put it in the directory of the program, that is asking for the file. Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file). Reboot your computer.

When I open the Zip-file I only see an empty folder. Where is the sys file?
You need to be able to view hidden files. Follow the instructions: Open Windows Explorer (not IE) - usually it is c:\windows\explorer.exe. Choose "Folder Options" Choose "View" Choose "Show all files" in "Hidden files".

I'm unable to open the Zip-files, since they are asking for a password to unzip the file.
Our files are not password protected. You probably just need to upgrade your current unzip software to the latest version.

How do I replace a file in use?
Many files cannot be renamed using Windows Explorer. You will need to use the commant prompt instead.
